Le 2

LeEco has gained quite a momentum in India with the recently launched flagship devices, Le Max and Le 1s. Both the devices have got rave reviews from experts and end users alike. Now it seems, the successor to the already very successful Le 1s is being tested and is making rounds online.

The latest leaks from China claims that LeEco is working on its first Helio X20 64-bit deca-core powered LeEco Le 2. The device may have 2 variants based on the processor MediaTek Helio X20 or Snapdragon 820 coupled with 4GB ram and a 5.5 inch QHD display. It may also have 21MP rear camera and is touted to have a metal unibody chasis and a USB C type port with speaker grill on both the sides along with a 32 GB inbuilt memory and fast charging feature.

However, the most important change is the "fingerprint sensor" from the leaked images. Le 2 will be housing an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. It may be using Qualcomm's Sense ID, which makes use of ultrasonic sound to map the details of the user's fingerprints. The users will not have to swipe the finger to unlock the device but just tap the sensor, which makes the sensor work much faster than the earlier variant.

While the inital set of specs look mighty impressive, unfortunately nothing more is known about the device as of now. However with the success of Le 1s, we think, Le 2 will surely be one of the most anticipated and talked about devices. We will bring more on the device very soon so stay tuned till then.
