The Cydia Impactor tool has received a new update that fixes authentication error when used to sideload apps. An almost similar error previously appeared on iOS on October 20.
Cydia Impactor 0.9.43 update is intended for Windows devices to fix the http-win.cpp:159 error that says "Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate".

Jay "Saurik" Freeman announced the release of the update on Twitter less than a day when some users reported the issue. Only Windows users were affected by the said error.
Windows users can download the Cydia Impactor 0.9.43 version from CydiaImpactor.com. While the latest version of the tool for Windows is 0.9.43, Mac and Linux versions remain at 0.9.42 as they were not affected by the error.
Cydia Impactor remains a popular tool for Windows, Mac and Linux users for re-signing and re-sideloading jailbreak apps every seven days. This tool can also be used for sideloading non-Cydia Substrate-based tweaks and hacked apps (++) on non-jailbroken devices.

Just the previous week, Cydia Impactor for iOS had met an almost similar issue concerning certificate authentication. Installation of IPA files was prevented by "provision.cpp:71" error, citing a development certificate conflict.
The immediate remedy was simply revoking certificates in Xcode. This will revoke all existing certificates associated with the Apple ID used to log-in which means users have to manually reinstall all apps one by one.
