In another major management departure, Catalist-listed SBI Offshore said Amy Soh Wai Ling has tendered her resignation as the company's chief financial officer.
The news comes just days after drilling and engineering solutions provider announced the departure of its Chief Executive Officer Chan Lai Thong.
Shares in SBI Offshore fell as much as 5 percent to S$0.08.
The company said Amy Soh resigned on August 16 and her last day of service will be September 15.
Amy Soh, who did her masters in business administration from the University of Leicester, was responsible for company's corporate finance, merger and acquisition activities, capital management, treasury and investor relations.
Prior to joining SBI Offshore, Amy Soh was the finance director of HSL Constructor Group in Asia Pacific, and was the Finance Manager with AEI Corp.
Given the scale of the group's existing operations and in the interim, the board has decided to promote Yvonne Goh, the company's existing assistant finance manager to finance manager, it said in a statement.
The company also announced a slew to changes to its board committees.
It appointed Ling Yew Kong as a member of the audit and risk management committee and Mirzan Bin Mahathir and James Kho Chung Wah as members of the nominating committee.
