This is the moment Agent Joe Joswiak of the Buffalo Ridge Drug Task Force pulled over a motorist and assaulted him. An off duty police officer said Anthony Promvongsa was driving aggressively and called in Joswiak who pulled him over. The American Civil Liberties (ACLU) of Minnesota released dash camera footage of the incident on Thursday, June 23.Police have charged Promvongsa with various offenses, including two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and fleeing in a motor vehicle. At least 15 people have been killed in twin blasts in the northwestern Pakistani town of Parachinar on Friday (June 23) according to government officials. The two blasts went off within three minutes of each other. People were at the market buying food for iftar, the meal breaking the fast in the evening during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. No group claimed responsibility for the Parachinar blasts.In a separate attack on Friday, at least 13 people, including seven police officers, were killed by a suicide car bomber in Quetta which is about 100 km (60 miles) east of the border with Afghanistan. Aerialist Erendira Wallenda dangled from a helicopter 300 feet over Niagara Falls using a hoop to hang by her teeth and toes. The stunt took place on the 5th anniversary of her husbands walking over the falls on a tight rope. A body camera has captured two heroic police officers in action. Officer Jon OGuin and Sgt. Jim Edison successfully resuscitated a small dog. The dog had stopped breathing and the officers spotted its panicked owner. Even though they were in the area to recover a stolen car, they immediately took action. A cow showed little appreciation for its rescuers after being pulled out of a drainage hole by firefighters in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Eventually, the men from the St. Lucie County Fire District managed to pull the animal to safety and it promptly charged at the nearest firefighter. Firefighters saved a man from committing suicide. The intoxicated man was sitting on a window ledge threatening to jump. The rescuers tried to calm him down for 10 minutes without success. One of the firefighters managed to grab the mans arm in the last second. They managed to drag him back into the building to safety.May 21, 2017
