The upcoming month is surely going to be quite exciting in Singapore with loads of fun filled Christmas events, especially with the one in the Universal Studios Singapore (USS) at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS).
On Thursday, RWS announced through a press release that this year the centerpiece of Christmas celebration will be the world's largest light bulb display in an indoor venue.
The USS broke the Guinness World Record for having the largest indoor display with a total of 824,961 bulbs. It will be a part of RWS' annual event called Santa's All-Star Christmas, scheduled from Dec 1 to Jan 2.
The authorities said it took two months to complete glittering display known as Universal Journey.
According to RWS, the display features eight thematic zones, such as an enchanted pine forest and a section which is reportedly decorated with larger-than-life Christmas presents.
"Visitors will be taken on an adventure through the universe, traversing wormholes and time warp tunnels to other worldly locations and eventually arriving on Earth", RWS said.
The event will also have several visual spectacles of fireworks, snowfall and musical performances to mark the festival of Christmas.
