More than 200 Pokemon Go players were out on the streets of Clementi in Singapore on Sunday to capture their virtual beasts.
The Clementi Citizens' Consultative Committee (CCC) organized The Great Clementi Pokemon Go Outing for the new sensational AR mobile game players, in collaboration with pop culture company MonDate.tv.
The players, who were teamed with four or five players, headed from one Clementi landmark to another in order to catch the rare Pokemons attracted to each location by "lures" placed by the organisers.
The players had to work in teams to get qualified for lucky draw prizes, from gaming headsets to Pokemon artwork, at the end of the outing.
Clementi Residents' Committees, Faber Hills Neighbourhood Committee and Clementi Community Centre Youth Executive Committee jointly supported the event.
