Panic in Londons Covent Garden as black cab mounts pavement Close
A black cab reportedly mounted the pavement injuring pedestrians in the busy tourist area of Covent Garden in London on 1 November. Metropolitan Police issued a statement saying they believe the incident not to be terrorist related.
