Halloween, also known as All Hallows' Eve and Witches Night, is almost here and people across the globe gear to celebrate the festival on 31 October. The spooky festival is dedicated to remember the dead. Every year, the day is celebrated with much fervor with people attending Halloween costume parties, carving and decorating pumpkins into jack-o'-lanterns, lighting bonfires, playing pranks, visiting haunted places and watching horror movies.
The holiday was inspired by the Irish Celtic festival Samhain, which celebrates the end of the harvest season. As Halloween has become extremely popular all over the world, IBTimes Singapore has hand-picked top quotes for Halloween 2017.
