Delhi Daredevils take on Royal Challengers Bangalore in the final group stage match of 2017 Indian Premier League at the Feroz Shah Kotla in New Delhi on Sunday.

The sixth-placed Daredevils are heading into the game on the back of a two-match winning streak. Zaheer Khan's men also defeated Rising Pune Supergiant by seven runs in their last league game at the Kotla on Friday.

On the other hand, Virat Kohli's RCB have not won a game in their last seven matches and the last-placed team will look to end their woeful season on a high.

While Kohli amassed 973 runs last season to propel his team into the final, the 28-year-old has scored only 250 runs after missing the first few game due to injury. To make things worse, Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers have also been a letdown with the bat. Pacer Tymal Mills, who was bought for a whopping amount at the IPL auction, also failed to light up the season for the Bangalore-based franchise.

Aiming for a consolation win in their last match of the season, RCB will take confidence from their early-season win over Delhi Daredevils, who are among the only two teams to have lost against Kohli's men.

On the other hand, Karun Nair's return to form will boost Delhi's chances in their final home game. Despite not producing necessary results for a place in the playoff, the performances of local youngsters - Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer and Sanju Samson - would have pleased coach Rahul Dravid, who will be hoping for a positive finish to the season.
