Still planning to go out for dinner on Christmas? Here are a list of places to make last-minute dining reservations

The festive season is finally here and Singaporeans are busy planning the year-end with their friends and families. Be it parks or events, every place is jam packed with visitors. And, when it comes to food the restaurant reservations in Singapore are typically booked up well in advance. So, if you are still planning to have a special dinner with your loved ones, you should do it right away.

Although, most of the restaurants in Singapore are already fully booked, there are a few restaurants which are still accepting reservations for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Have a look at these restaurants and make you dinning reservations.

BREZ'N

Brez'n is the newest Bavarian restaurant in Singapore that will surely provide you a proper European Christmas spirit. The restaurant has a lot of interesting and delicious selections for its diners this season prepared by Chef Dominik Osterreicher. The dishes includes the Salat mit Entenbrust, a smoked duck breast that is sliced thin and served on a bed of fresh salad greens and crunchy walnuts, as well as the Sauerbraten mit Serviettenknoedel, a beef dish made with special spices and vinegar and served with rich brown sauce, sliced bread dumplings and braised red cabbage.

The restaurant will accept last-minute reservations or else diners can also walk-in on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Brez'n will hold tables for walk-ins.

LEVEL 33

This European restaurant will be offering a Christmas Eve menu including a slow-roasted turkey (S$36) — an Indian pale ale-brined butterball turkey with roasted winter vegetables. Diners will also get to taste a dish of sausage meat stuffing served with giblet gravy and stout and cranberry jam. On the other hand, on Christmas Day, the restaurant will come with a side that is priced at S$45.

LeVeL 33 will be available for last-minute reservations and walk-ins on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The restaurant will hold tables for walk-ins.

ANGIE'S AT FIFTYRAFFLES PLACE (50RP)

At 50RP, Angie's inaugural Christmas will offer a scrumptious a la carte, seafood-focused buffet. Diners can enjoy dishes fresh oysters and mussel pots along with classic favourites such as fish and chips. The a la carte dinner, which is buffet-style, is priced at S$75++ per person (minimum of two diners).

The restaurant will be available for last-minute reservations on Christmas Eve. Walk-ins will only be accommodated if there are last-minute cancellations. It will be closed on Christmas Day.

LABYRINTH

This Asian-fusion restaurant has a lot of creative dishes for its diners. They can explore the creative flavours of both Western as well as Asian cuisines. Chef Han Liguang has prepared some interesting dishes including a rojak salad with green mango, a double-boiled soup with fungus, and the quintessential Christmas turkey wrapped in prosciutto. The chef has one more interesting snack: Scotch eggs, a dish that comprises an "egg white" made of coconut panna cotta enclosing a "yolky" mango puree

Labyrinth will accept last-minute reservations on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. But, once the restaurant gets fully booked, diners will be added to the restaurant's waiting list and should there be any last-minute cancellations, they can accommodate them.

NEON PIGEON

Neon Pigeon, a modern izakaya, is another restaurant apart from the western ones that is the perfect hideout will celebrate the season in full spirit. The restaurant's festive menu include the Miso Poached Lobster (S$120 for two people) with carrots, honey sesame goma, seasoned nori (seaweed), katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) and garlic loaf, and a sweet treat — the Drunken Matcha Fruit Cake (S$12), which contains rum-infused dried fruits and vanilla bean custard.

The restaurant will be available for last-minute reservations and walk-ins on Christmas Eve. The restaurant will hold tables for walk-ins. But it will be closed on Christmas Day.
