Top seed Lin Dan is all set to take on third seed Qiao Bin in the Men's singles semi-final of 2017 China Masters at the Olympic Stadium in Changzhou on Saturday.
Lin decimated Taiwan's fifth-seeded shuttler Hsu Jen Hao 21-14, 21-17 in the quarter-final outing yesterday to inch closer to his seventh title at the Grand Prix Gold event. Qiao, on the other hand, edged past Japan's Kanta Tsuneyama in straight games.

After having secured enough rankings points to seal a berth at this year's BWF World Championships by reaching the last-four stage in the ongoing tournament, Lin will be looking to win another title at home.
After outclassing world number one Lee Chong Wei to win the Malaysia Open earlier this month, Lin has been looking unstopabble and the two-time Olympic champion, as expected, has hardly broken a sweat enroute to the semi-final with straight games wins in his previous rounds.
The world number eight is likely to have another easy outing against his younger compatriot Qiao, who has struggled to start the new season on a good note. The 24-year-old, who stole limelight by winning the Korea Superseries last year, has been unable to replicate his form and has faced early exits at All England, Malaysia and Singapore.
