Engineering services provider Boustead Projects on Monday said its unit Boustead Projects E&C Pte secured S$56 million of contracts in Singapore.
The first contract, which is valued at S$27 million, involves the design-and-build of an industrial waste management complex, representing Boustead Projects' third project in the waste management industry, it said in a statement.
Two other contracts totalling S$29 million were secured from repeat end-user clients for projects involving additions & alterations and fitouts, the statement said.
The latest contracts raised the Boustead Projects's order book backlog to S$217 million.
The contracts are collectively expected to have a material impact on the profitability and earnings per share of fiscal 2018.
Last month, Boustead Projects said its unit entered into an agreement to sell property at 25 Changi North Rise in Singapore for S$10.5 million.
Shares in company ended up 1.2 percent at S$0.86 on the Singapore Exchange. The stock has gained 19 percent so far this year.
