The organising committee of National Day Parade (NDP) announced the dates for the collection of this year's parade tickets on Tuesday. The committee said that the successful applicants for this year's NDP and the two preview shows may collect their tickets from Jul 7 to Jul 9 and Jul 14 to Jul 16, between 10 am and 9 pm from the National Gallery Singapore's Ngee Ann Kongsi auditorium foyer.
The NDP 2017 executive committee would have notified the successful applicants via the contact number provided in their application. Applicants will have to produce their NRIC or original photo ID, such as a student pass or driver's licence, for verification while collecting the tickets.
The representatives collecting on behalf of successful applicants should bring along their original photo ID, a photocopy of the applicant's photo ID and a signed copy of the authorisation letter that can be downloaded from the NDP website.
The committee said that the tickets which will not be collected by July 16 will be forfeited.
According to the committee rules, the ticket holders are not allowed to sell their tickets. If found attempting to sell or to have sold their NDP tickets, the applicant will be permanently barred from ticket balloting for future NDPs.
The successful applicants and accompanying family members will be given complimentary National Gallery Singapore day-passes for the event. The passes will be valid on the day of ticket collection. For more information, applicants can call 1800-NDP-2017 (1800-637-2017) or visit the official NDP website.
